Junior Software Engineer               

                                                                                  

Job Description & Responsibilities : 
----------------------------- 

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Review design documents and collaborate with developers to come up with detailed test cases and deliver a quality-focused QA deliverable.
• Perform manual testing to ensure the quality of the product.
• Communicate effectively with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
• Quickly understand and learn new technologies and processes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress.
• Inquisitive and able to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Ability to review the information at hand and make decisions with minimal guidance.
• Document complex issues for escalation to more senior support specialists.
• Provide input on frequently asked questions documents; and create, review and update knowledge base articles.
• Troubleshoot problems related to product applications.
• Leverage all available resources to accurately and efficiently document customers’ issues and related resolutions.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements to existing software products.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Help troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Document software processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Technical Skills : 
---------------------------- 

• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others.
• Familiarity with software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Previous internship or project experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic coding experience in C# or Python
• Database knowledge with SQL Server.
• Proven analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.

Qualification: 
------------------ 

• • B.Tech / B.E / BCA / BSC
  • 2020/2021/2022 Passout Students Are Eligible to Apply
