Role Description :
- The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Alight’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements.
- Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.
- Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.
What you DO :
- Technical / Domain knowledge, System Development and Quality Assurance, Ongoing task Management – 80%.
- Communication: Actively Participates in huddles/meetings, effective communication through Maestro / Mail, Lync, client team touch base - 10%
- Operations/Other services/Shared services support –5%
- Continuous improvement and other client/organization initiatives – 5%.
Education : BE / B.Tech / MCA / BSC / BCA ( 2020/21/22 Batches)

Production Agent Role

Responsibilities :
- Attend all required trainings
- Attend QA meetings
- Participate in wellness activities
Skills Required :
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Should have basic understanding knowledge of Adwords and AdSense
- Should have an eye for easily spotting the above Content on a Video
- Strong Knowledge of Current Affairs and General Knowledge to help identifying cultural biases on Videos
- Should know to read & write more than one regional language
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Google tools such as Chrome, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc
- Basic Knowledge of Online Advertisements, Marketing strategy and Google YouTube Monetisation Policy
- Strong Time Management skills
- Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach.
- Should have Customer Centric Mindset
- Any experience in Content Management Process is an added benefit
Education : Any Graduate ( 2020/21/22 Batches)
